The role will be responsible for identifying opportunities, managing the complete sales cycle, strengething keys accounts and delivering order booking targets.<\/p>\n<\/p>\n<p><b>Qualification:<\/b><\/p>\n<p>Education:\u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0BE\/ BTech\/ other Bachelor&#039;s degree\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>Experience:\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 Account Manager with 6 &#8211; 8 years\u2019 experience in India. \u00a0Candidates with good working relationships with key global and national customers, working experience in field of IT networking, Automation, Security &amp; Fire, Audio \/ Video integration, Telecommunication will be preferred. Knowledge and understanding of commercial contracts, taxation is important. This position is based out of Bangalore.<\/p>\n<\/p>\n<p><b>Key Responsibilities:<\/b><\/p>\n<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Own &amp; develop a portfolio of strategic customers across Bangalore and south India.<\/li>\n<li>Build strong relationships with CXO, facility, engineering, procurement, projects and security stakeholders.<\/li>\n<li>Establish long-term partnerships with major corporates, developers, data centres, IT\/ITES, manufacturing, pharma, healthcare hospitality customers.<\/li>\n<li>Generate new business through consultative and solution-based selling.<\/li>\n<li>Develop project opportunities from concept\/ design stage through order closure.<\/li>\n<li>Maintain a healthy sales pipeline and ensure accurate forecasting.<\/li>\n<li>Drive specification and ensure the company\u2019s solutions are considered in upcoming projects.<\/li>\n<li>Lead negotiations for strategic opportunities and large projects.<\/li>\n<li>Participate in customer presentations, technical discussions and commercial negotiations.<\/li>\n<li>Coordinate with presales, engineering, operations and service teams to develop appropriate solutions.<\/li>\n<li>Ensure smooth transition from sales to project execution.<\/li>\n<li>Manage customer escalations and ensure strong customer experience.<\/li>\n<li>Develop market intelligence on competitors, pricing, technology and emerging opportunities.<\/li>\n<li>Identify new sectors and account for business expansion.<\/li>\n<li>Maintain CRM discipline and accurate sales forecasting.<\/li>\n<li>Ensure compliance with company policies and ethical sales practices.<\/li>\n<li>Work closely with Finance and operations on collections, receivables and project closure.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/p>\n<p><b>Skill sets:<\/b><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Strong experience in Key account management and project solution sales.<\/li>\n<li>Demonstrated track record of achieving sales targets.<\/li>\n<li>Strong network among consultants, EPCs, developers and enterprise customers.<\/li>\n<li>The ideal candidate should be a strong Hunter farmer capable of opening new strategic accounts while deepening relationships with existing customers.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/p>\n<\/p><\/p>\n","protected":false},"featured_media":7094,"template":"","meta":{"_acf_changed":false,"inline_featured_image":false},"country":[17],"class_list":["post-7395","job_posting","type-job_posting","status-publish","has-post-thumbnail","hentry","country-india"],"acf":[],"yoast_head":"<!-- This site is optimized with the Yoast SEO plugin v28.4 -
