The role will lead the strategy and execution for recurring services (maintenance contracts), retrofit, modernization, digital services and lifecycle solutions, with a strong focus on order growth, revenue growth, profitability, customer acquisition and retention and market expansion.<\/p>\n<p>The incumbent will lead a national sales team and work closely with Service operations, Engineering, Projects, Finance &amp; cross functional team to create a customer-centric, innovative and scalable service business model.<\/p>\n<\/p>\n<div><b>Key Responsibilities<\/b><\/div>\n<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Develop and execute the national service sales strategy aligned with overall business objectives.<\/li>\n<li>Drive sustainable growth across AMC, retrofit, modernization, upgrades, lifecycle services and digital service offerings.<\/li>\n<li>Build a strong recurring revenue model by improving service attachment, contract renewals, retention and conversion of the installed base into long term service contracts.<\/li>\n<li>Develop a structured strategy to identify aging and obsolete systems and generate retrofit and modernization opportunities across Fire, Security and integrated systems.<\/li>\n<li>Accelerate digital service sales through remote monitoring, connected solutions, predictive maintenance, analytics and other technology enabled service offerings.<\/li>\n<li>Own the national service sales pipeline, forecasting, pricing strategy, conversion, commercial governance and sales productivity.<\/li>\n<li>Identify new customer segments, markets, channels and strategic partnerships to expand the service business nationally.<\/li>\n<li>Build and strengthen relationships with key enterprise customers, consultants, facility management, developers and strategic accounts including multi-site opportunities.<\/li>\n<li>Lead, coach and develop the regional service sales teams, establish clear targets, accountability and a high-performance sales culture.<\/li>\n<li>\u00a0Work closely with Service operations, Projects, Engineering and cross functional team to ensure strong solution development, customer delivery and project to service conversion.<\/li>\n<li>Drive innovation in service business models, moving beyond traditional AMC towards value added, outcome based, subscription and digitally enabled services.<\/li>\n<li>Track market trends, competitor offerings and emerging technologies to strengthen the company\u2019s service value proposition and competitive positioning.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><b>Candidates Profile<\/b><\/p>\n<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Min 15-20 years of relevant experience in Fire &amp; Security, Building management systems, systems integration industries.<\/li>\n<li>Strong track record in service sales, recurring revenue, retrofit\/ modernization and solution selling.<\/li>\n<li>Demonstrated experience in leading large national or multi regional sales teams and delivering significant business growth.<\/li>\n<li>Strong commercial and financial acumen with experience in planning, forecasting, pricing and margin management.<\/li>\n<li>Strategic and entrepreneurial leader with a strong customer, innovation and digital mindset.<\/li>\n<li>Excellent leadership, negotiation, communication and senior stakeholder management capabilities.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n","protected":false},"featured_media":7070,"template":"","meta":{"_acf_changed":false,"inline_featured_image":false},"country":[17],"class_list":["post-7393","job_posting","type-job_posting","status-publish","has-post-thumbnail","hentry","country-india"],"acf":[],"yoast_head":"<!-- This site is optimized with the Yoast SEO plugin v28.4 -
