Job Summary Looking for a top performing individual within the GCC to provide administrative support to the Regional Sales and Operations team for the smooth running of the business unit. The person within the role will also be required to Identify opportunities for continuous improvement within the process Roles & Responsibility: \u2022 Recording customer information accurately \u2022 Establish a good working relationship with Sales\/operations team in process customer sales orders and ensure effective communication. \u2022 Providing efficient and accurate administration support to the Sales and operations team(such as input engineer timesheet information on a weekly basis and process engineer expenses) \u2022 Supporting the sales teams of any updates of sales orders. \u2022 Pro-active management of open work orders \u2013 service and callouts \u2022 Ensure that all necessary information is accurately recorded in the relevant systems \u2022 Communicating with various departments including Sales and Assessors \u2022 Pro-active management of open work orders \u2013 service and callouts \u2022 Ensure own email inboxes and teams shared inbox are managed effectively \u2022 Ensure portals are updated and responded to within the agreed SLA \u2022 Working to KPI's and SLA's. \u2022 Dispute resolution, price and contract queries.
