You will support the creation, implementation, and facilitation of leadership initiatives, which include:<br \/>\u2022<br \/>Continuously enhancing the leadership capabilities of all employees, while deepening their understanding of our &#034;Building Great Leaders&#034; purpose.<br \/>\u2022<br \/>Partnering with country and branch leaders as a trusted advisor on leadership development matters and identifying, planning, and implementing proactive leadership strategies that align with business objectives.<br \/>\u2022<br \/>Implementing and facilitating a variety of leadership development programs for employees at all levels within the organisation.<br \/>\u2022<br \/>Collaborating closely with key stakeholders both locally and globally to ensure consistency, scalability, and success of the global strategy.<br \/>The Person<br \/>\u2022<br \/>Bachelor\u2019s degree in HR, Business, Psychology, or a related field; An alternative industry-recognised qualification is also acceptable.<br \/>\u2022<br \/>At least 8 years of experience in a L&amp;D role (HR\/Talent would also be considered), preferably within a sizeable organisation.<br \/>\u2022<br \/>Leadership Development or Coaching experience is a plus.<br \/>\u2022<br \/>Familiarity with Workday (or other LMS) and LinkedIn Learning is beneficial.<br \/>\u2022<br \/>Strong facilitation skills that engage and inspire the audience.<br \/>\u2022<br \/>Exceptional relationship-building skills with the ability to influence and challenge at a senior level.<br \/>\u2022<br \/>Agile and adaptable to changing business environments, embracing change effectively.<br \/>\u2022<br \/>Capable of managing both global and country-level initiatives within a matrixed work environment, while juggling multiple competing priorities.<br \/>\u2022<br \/>Results-oriented, committed to delivering on promises, and willing to go the extra mile to ensure successful project completion.<br \/>\u2022<br \/>Fluency in both English and local Indian languages is required.<br \/>We recognise and value the potential for growth.
