BE \/ B.Tech \/ Instrumentation \/ Electronics, Electrical, Mechanical from reputed institutes. PMP Certification would be an advantage.<\/p>\n<\/p>\n

Experience<\/b><\/p>\n

Min. 12- 14 + years' experience in IBM's project execution. 2+ years of project management experience.

Responsibilities:<\/b><\/p>\n<\/p>\n

The right candidate for this position should have extensive experience and knowledge of Systems & Products of Intelligent Building Management systems and services. IBMS systems include Fire & Security systems, HVAC, Public Address Systems, Smoke Detection, and gas suppression Systems, Water Leak Detection Systems, Rodent Repellent systems, TPI Third-party integration, UPS, PAC, CSU, Energy meters, VFD, VAVs, CO2 sensor.<\/p>\n<\/p>\n

The broad areas of responsibilities are:<\/b><\/p>\n<\/p>\n

\u2022\u00a0 Conceptualize IBMS Design and Architecture to Execute the Projects as per customer requirements.<\/p>\n

\u2022\u00a0\u00a0 Planning of Integrated Building Management Services System, Fire Detection & Security system.<\/p>\n

\u2022\u00a0 Work\/collaborate with diverse individuals and groups within the Engineering, Design, Commissioning, and Project execution teams to deliver a project.<\/p>\n

\u2022\u00a0\u00a0 Operation Management of BMS, Fire & Security Systems and Services.<\/p>\n

\u2022 \u00a0\u00a0Daily\/Weekly\/Monthly Reporting of Projects to Customers and Keeping all stakeholders aware of the progress on projects and preparing progress reports regularly.<\/p>\n

\u2022 Closure of Projects as per Contract timelines and with Customer Satisfaction.<\/p>\n

\u2022 Drive the Revenue\/Invoice Generation and Timely Collection of Payments for all the Projects from Customers as per Payment Terms Agreed.<\/p>\n

\u2022 Drive Ethical Behavior within the Team as per Organization Requirements.<\/p>\n

\u2022 Drive EHS-related activities at Project Sites like Risk Assessments, Inspection of Tools and Perform Audits of the EHS Performance at Project Sites.<\/p>\n

\u2022 Effective Utilization of the Team to minimize the unproductivity Impact.<\/p>\n

\u2022 To be Precise on Risk Management and Identify the contractual\/commercial Risk proactively and communicate to Management.<\/p>\n

\u2022 To get Customer Feedback periodically on all Active Projects and Handed Over Projects<\/p>\n

\u2022 Manage the project within the budget and achieve monthly revenue & collection numbers in line with the full-year target. Improve the project financials & project cash flow<\/p>\n

\u2022 Collaborate with subcontractors, engineers, consultants, and key team members of the project team<\/p>\n

Technical, and soft skills required<\/b><\/p>\n

  • Technical knowledge of BMS, ACS, CCTV, FAS, PAS, and Physical Security.<\/li>\n
  • MS Project planning.<\/li>\n
  • Work experience on the SAP platform for project function.<\/li>\n
  • MS Excel & Power point<\/li>\n
  • Good communication skills<\/li>\n
  • Customer-facing & internal team communication skills.<\/li>\n
  • Basic Knowledge of IT Networks.<\/li>\n
  • Strong Internal external Client facing and Vendor management experience.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n
