Tender &amp; Technical Review<\/b><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Study tender documents including specifications, drawings, schedules, and technical requirements.<\/li>\n<li>Prepare accurate <b>BOQs, quantity take-offs, I\/O summaries, BOMs<\/b>, cost sheets, and techno\u2011commercial proposals for <b>IBMS, FAS, PAS, Security, Networking &amp; ELV systems<\/b>.<\/li>\n<li>Ensure proposals are compliant with tender requirements and organizational standards.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><b>2. System Design &amp; Solution Engineering<\/b><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Evaluate and select suitable products and OEMs based on project requirements and approved vendor lists.<\/li>\n<li>Develop system architecture, device selection, and value-engineered solutions to improve competitiveness.<\/li>\n<li>Prepare compliance statements and review engineering labor estimates as per defined guidelines.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><b>3. Cross-Functional Coordination<\/b><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Coordinate with <b>design, sales, procurement, and project teams<\/b> for technical clarifications and solution optimization.<\/li>\n<li>Collaborate with the sales team to understand customer requirements and participate in pre\u2011sales and technical review meetings.<\/li>\n<li>Work closely with procurement teams and vendors to get competitive pricing for material and labor.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><b>4. Costing &amp; Commercial Management<\/b><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Ensure accurate costing for materials, labor, subcontracting, and system integration.<\/li>\n<li>Maintain historical pricing databases, supplier quotations, and standard templates for future proposals.<\/li>\n<li>Support bid preparation to ensure timely submission within tender deadlines.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><b>5. Processes &amp; Tools<\/b><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Manage job booking and related processes in SAP.<\/li>\n<li>Maintain documentation and ensure adherence to estimation workflows and internal processes.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><b>Specific skills required<\/b><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>In-depth product knowledge in the IBMS, FAS, PAS, Security, Networking &amp; ELV systems industry.<\/li>\n<li>Proficiency in written English.<\/li>\n<li>Strong analytical skills and a solid understanding of design concepts for building security systems, including networking, servers, and other IT hardware.<\/li>\n<li>Results-oriented with a strong focus on achieving targets.<\/li>\n<li>Commitment to timely delivery of projects.<\/li>\n<li>Extensive product knowledge of Fire Alarm Systems, Access Control Systems, BMS, PA, CCTV, and Physical Security from a broad range of OEMs.<\/li>\n<li>Excellent negotiation skills for dealing with vendors.<\/li>\n<li>Hands-on experience with AutoCAD is desirable.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n","protected":false},"featured_media":7067,"template":"","meta":{"_acf_changed":false,"inline_featured_image":false},"country":[17],"class_list":["post-7223","job_posting","type-job_posting","status-publish","has-post-thumbnail","hentry","country-india"],"acf":[],"yoast_head":"<!-- This site is optimized with the Yoast SEO plugin v25.2 -
