Experience: 04-08 years Location : GCC, Bengaluru, Karnataka, India Education : Full time education qualification, B.E/B.Tech/M.B.A/M.C.A Summary: We are seeking an experienced Oracle CX Field Service Consultant to design, configure, implement, and support Oracle Field Service solutions. Key Responsibilities: • Configure and implement Oracle Field Service Cloud (OFS) solutions. • Design workflows, routing plans, activity types, work zones, resources, and capacity management. • Integrate Oracle Field Service with Oracle CX, Oracle ERP, CRM, and third-party applications. • Conduct requirement workshops, solution design sessions, and user training. Required Skills & Experience: • Configure , implement and Support Oracle Field Service Cloud (OFS) solutions. • Perform system testing, UAT support, and production deployment. • Troubleshoot application issues and provide ongoing support. • Develop functional and technical documentation. • Collaborate with business stakeholders, architects, and development teams. • Support enhancements, upgrades, and continuous improvement initiatives. • Hands-on experience with Oracle Field Service (OFS) Cloud. • Strong understanding of: Capacity Planning, Scheduling & Routing, Work Zones, Resource Management, Activity Management, Mobility & Dispatch Console Preferred Qualifications: • Experience with Oracle CX Field service cloud applications • Techno functional and additional applications knowledge will be added advantage
