{"id":8680,"date":"2026-05-06T00:49:02","date_gmt":"2026-05-05T23:49:02","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/careers.chubbfs.com\/job-postings\/engineer-jr40005000-18\/"},"modified":"2026-05-06T00:49:02","modified_gmt":"2026-05-05T23:49:02","slug":"engineer-jr40005000-18","status":"publish","type":"job_posting","link":"https:\/\/careers.chubbfs.com\/hk-en\/job-postings\/engineer-jr40005000-18\/","title":{"rendered":"Engineer \u2013 JR40005000"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><span><b>Responsibilities<\/b><\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><span>Supervise a dedicated team in executing installation and commissioning of ELV, fire safety and carpark system projects, ensuring high-quality service delivery and meeting business objectives.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span>Mentor and provide guidance to less experienced engineers, supporting their technical proficiency as well as personal and professional growth.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span>Build and maintain strong customer relationships, with a commitment to outstanding client satisfaction.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span>Enhance team operational efficiency by continuously improving processes and workflows; offer technical consultancy and ongoing support to all team members.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span>Assist on projects, coordinating with internal departments and external partners to achieve timely and successful project delivery as a sub-task of the overall role.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span>Oversee and assist engineers in proper document submission for projects, ensuring compliance and smooth workflow.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span>Assist the management and finance teams in project payment collection, billing, and cashflow handling.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span>Support the overall development of the team, fostering a positive, collaborative, and growth-oriented work environment.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span>Carry out any ad hoc duties as assigned.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><span><b>Qualifications<\/b><\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><span>Diploma or above in Computer, Electronic, or Engineering.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span>Minimum 3-5 years of supervisory experience managing small teams in fieldwork or installation projects.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span>Extensive knowledge of ELV systems, carpark system and fire safety system.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span>Proven leadership capabilities with experience mentoring less experienced engineers.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span>Proficient in both Cantonese and English (spoken and written).<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span>Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span>Excellent ability to prioritize, remain strategic, and take a proactive approach to challenges.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span>Experience with project billing and cashflow management is a plus.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n","protected":false},"featured_media":7187,"template":"","meta":{"_acf_changed":false,"inline_featured_image":false},"country":[15],"class_list":["post-8680","job_posting","type-job_posting","status-publish","has-post-thumbnail","hentry","country-hong-kong"],"acf":[],"yoast_head":"<!-- This site is optimized with the Yoast SEO plugin v25.2 -
