Au sein de l\u2019entit\u00e9 CHUBB SECURITE INCENDIE, et l'agence de Villeneuve La Garenne, rattach\u00e9(e) au Responsable Technique de l\u2019agence\u00a0: vous aurez pour principale mission de l\u2019assister dans ses missions afin d\u2019atteindre les objectifs en termes de visites d\u2019entretien, de d\u00e9pannages et de commandes sur les travaux de maintenance, gestion d\u2019\u00e9quipes techniques.<\/p>\n<\/p>\n

Vos missions seront les suivantes :<\/p>\n

  • \n

    Assurer l\u2019interface entre Chubb France et ses clients, il suit l\u2019int\u00e9gralit\u00e9 du cycle de vie d\u2019une affaire de la conception de l\u2019offre commerciale \u00e0 la r\u00e9ception et livraison du projet, en assurant la rentabilit\u00e9 de l\u2019affaire et son d\u00e9veloppement commercial au travers des Travaux suppl\u00e9mentaires. Ceci ne pouvant se faire sans un suivi client et un sens du service de tous les instants.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

  • \n

    \u00catre garant de la satisfaction client,<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

  • \n

    Tenir compte les dimensions financi\u00e8res, commerciales et organisationnelles des projets, pour lesquels il agit en interface constante avec sa hi\u00e9rarchie, les \u00e9quipes internes de l\u2019entreprise, les clients, et parfois les sous-traitants, le tout, dans un contexte environnemental et \u00e9conomique \u00e9volutif, il assure le suivi financier de l\u2019affaire (risques, pertes \u00e0 terminaison, etc.),<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

  • \n

    Assurer le suivi des travaux sous-trait\u00e9s<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

  • \n

    Conseiller le client (devoir de conseil)<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

    Profil recherch\u00e9:<\/h2>\n<\/p>\n

    Votre parcours vous conduit \u00e0 suivre un Bac, bac+2 \/+3 … en \u00e9lectricit\u00e9, \u00e9lectrotechnique ou maintenance (type MEI), automatisme, domotique, \u00e9lectronique ou \u00e9quivalent.<\/p>\n<\/p>\n

    Dans le cadre de l\u2019alternance 2025, nous recherchons une personne de terrain\u00a0:<\/p>\n
