We\u2019re looking for an Account Manager who brings commercial focus, emotional intelligence, and genuine care to every interaction.<\/p>\n
As our Account Manager, you\u2019ll be responsible for managing and growing a portfolio of existing customers, referral partners, and business accounts across NSW & ACT.<\/p>\n
You\u2019ll take a proactive, consultative approach to account management, building trusted relationships, uncovering opportunities, and ensuring customers receive a high standard of service at every stage of their journey.<\/p>\n

Key Responsibilities
Account Growth and Commercial Performance
\u2022\u00a0\u00a0 \u00a0Manage and grow a portfolio of existing accounts across your territory or sector
\u2022\u00a0\u00a0 \u00a0Identify opportunities for upselling, cross-selling, renewals, and service expansion
\u2022\u00a0\u00a0 \u00a0Deliver against account growth, retention, and activity targets
\u2022\u00a0\u00a0 \u00a0Lead account conversations around pricing, proposals, service solutions, and renewals
\u2022\u00a0\u00a0 \u00a0Maintain accurate account plans, forecasts, pipeline activity, and CRM records
Relationship Management
\u2022\u00a0\u00a0 \u00a0Build strong, long-term relationships with clients, referral partners, and stakeholders
\u2022\u00a0\u00a0 \u00a0Become a trusted point of contact by providing proactive, responsive, and solutions-focused support
\u2022\u00a0\u00a0 \u00a0Conduct regular account reviews to understand customer needs and identify growth opportunities

Customer Outcomes and Service Excellence

About You
We\u2019re looking for someone who is confident, professional, and highly relationship-focused, with the ability to manage accounts strategically while delivering a great client experience.<\/p>\n
To be successful in this role, you will ideally have:
\u2022\u00a0\u00a0 \u00a0Experience in account management managing multiple complex accounts
\u2022\u00a0\u00a0 \u00a0A strong track record of growing accounts and building long-term client relationships
\u2022\u00a0\u00a0 \u00a0Excellent communication across all stakeholder engagement
\u2022\u00a0\u00a0 \u00a0Strong commercial awareness and the ability to identify opportunities for growth
\u2022\u00a0\u00a0 \u00a0A proactive, organised, and self-motivated approach
\u2022\u00a0\u00a0 \u00a0Experience using CRM systems, ideally Salesforce
\u2022\u00a0\u00a0 \u00a0A current driver\u2019s licence
Highly Regarded
