As a renowned industry leader and a proud member of the API Fire and Security group of companies, we leverage our collective expertise and resources to deliver innovative solutions that redefine the boundaries of safety and security.<\/p>\n<p><b>About the Role<\/b><\/p>\n<p>Reporting to the Regional Sales Manager Qld and based in our Salisbury (Brisbane) office, this role is pivotal to Chubb&#039;s\u00a0ongoing success in the Fire and Safety service\/maintenance and installations market across Queensland.\u00a0You will be out on the road visiting new and existing customers on a regular basis. You will:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>continue to strengthen partnerships with our existing customers and identify further\u00a0service improvement and\u00a0growth opportunities\u00a0<\/li>\n<li>identify new customers through building sustainable relationships with key stakeholders<\/li>\n<li>develop and\u00a0execute targeted\u00a0strategies\u00a0aligning to business\u00a0objectives<\/li>\n<li>work collaboratively with internal stakeholders to\u00a0resolve customer queries and deliver an exceptional service<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li>Manage client contractual and compliance expectations<\/li>\n<li>Ensure invoicing is completed accurately and within contract timeframes, including the follow up of aged debtors<\/li>\n<li>Provide weekly updates on pipeline reports &amp; forecasting.<\/li>\n<li>Focus on target market segments including but not limited to Health, State Government, Ministerial and Parliamentary Services and Corrections.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/p>\n<p><b>About You:<\/b><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Electronic security industry experience and technical knowledge is preferred<\/li>\n<li>Experience managing key accounts from an allied industry such as Fire, HVAC, Building Automation or Commercial Electrical<\/li>\n<li>exceptional\u00a0relationship management and influencing capability\u00a0<\/li>\n<li>the ability to understand customer requirements and create service solutions\u00a0<\/li>\n<li>commercial acumen with an understanding of pricing and margin and its impact on profitability\u00a0<\/li>\n<li>Proven track record of managing key accounts<\/li>\n<li>Confident to sell to major clients down to SME\u2019s.<\/li>\n<li>A true relationship builder who thrives in a busy environment.<\/li>\n<li>Excellent communicator with good business acumen<\/li>\n<li>Australian Citizenship or Australian Permanent Resident (PR).<\/li>\n<li>Current Australian Drivers Licence<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><b>What we will offer you:<\/b><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Excellent remuneration package &#8211; rates of pay, company vehicle or vehicle allowance, mobile and laptop and incentive.<\/li>\n<li>Existing industry relationships between Chubb and customers to leverage business and opportunities from\u00a0major pipeline projects and tenders underway to jump onto from day one.<\/li>\n<li>Planning and support for progression towards any role within Chubb.<\/li>\n<li>Working for a global organisation which brings job stability and where you are treated like family.<\/li>\n<li>Great team and branch culture.<\/li>\n<li>Access to Chubb People Matters- an employee discount platform with access to hundreds of discounts from health, groceries, electronics and more.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Apply now to see where Chubb can take your career.\u00a0All applications and enquiries are treated in the strictest confidence.<\/p>\n<\/p>\n<p>Are you being referred to one of our roles?
