    \u2022<\/span><\/span> <\/span>Answer and manage high<\/span>–<\/span>volume inbound calls from customers via the 13 15 <\/span>
    98 service line<\/span> <\/span>for the country<\/span> <\/span><\/span>
    \u2022<\/span><\/span> <\/span>Provide <\/span>prompt, professional, and courteous customer service on all <\/span>
    interactions.<\/span> <\/span><\/span>
    \u2022<\/span><\/span> <\/span>Strive for First Call Resolution<\/span> <\/span><\/span>
    \u2022<\/span><\/span> <\/span>Inbound Emails <\/span>\u2013<\/span> <\/span>National Customer Service:<\/span> <\/span><\/span>
    \u2022<\/span><\/span> <\/span>Monitor and respond to incoming emails <\/span>for the national customer service <\/span>
    group mailboxes<\/span>.<\/span> <\/span><\/span>
    \u2022<\/span><\/span> <\/span>Action requests, provide information, and escalate issues as appropriate.<\/span> <\/span><\/span>
    \u2022<\/span><\/span> <\/span>Billing Enquiries:<\/span> <\/span><\/span>
    \u2022<\/span><\/span> <\/span>Handle customer billing enquiries including invoices, payments, and <\/span>
    account statements.<\/span> <\/span><\/span>
    \u2022<\/span><\/span> <\/span>Provide timely resolutions or escalate complex issues to the appropriate <\/span>
    department.<\/span> <\/span><\/span>
    \u2022<\/span><\/span> <\/span>Job Logging:<\/span> <\/span><\/span>
    \u2022<\/span><\/span> <\/span>Accurately log new jobs and service requests received via phone, email, or <\/span>

    \u2022<\/span><\/span> <\/span>Assign work orders to appropriate teams and ensure details are recorded in <\/span>
