Based at our Jandakot Monitoring Centre, you\u2019ll be part of a 24\/7 operation that manages alarm events and coordinates timely responses for customers across multiple states.<\/p>\n<\/p>\n
\u2022 Monitor and respond to fire alarm events and inbound\/outbound calls.<\/p>\n
\u2022 Liaise with customers, emergency services, technicians, security guards and facility managers.<\/p>\n
\u2022 Complete accurate administrative tasks covering all facets of alarm monitoring.<\/p>\n
\u2022 Log after\u2011hours job requests and schedule\/dispatch technician jobs.<\/p>\n<\/p>\n
\u2022 Proven customer service experience, ideally in a contact centre environment.<\/p>\n
\u2022 Strong communication skills and computer literacy.<\/p>\n
\u2022 Calm, professional manner with strong attention to detail.<\/p>\n
\u2022 Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team.<\/p>\n
\u2022 Willingness to work a 24\/7 rotating roster.<\/p>\n<\/p>\n
