Service \u2013 JR40003932"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Chubb Fire &amp; Security, an industry leader, is seeking a Sprinkler Fitters to join our team servicing the Townsville and Mount Isa areas.\u00a0<\/p>\n<\/p>\n<p>This position involves servicing Fire Protection Systems and Equipment to Chubb Fire &amp; Security\u2019s<span> agreed standard of quality and excellence<\/span> and assist in growing our sales, whilst exceeding customer service expectations. \u00a0<\/p>\n<\/p>\n<p><b>Your general responsibilities will be to:<\/b><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Inspect test, Survey and Maintain customer premises and recommend fire protection and safety systems and equipment.<\/li>\n<li>Identify, defects, non-conformances and recommendations to ensure effective service and repair of fire protection and safety systems equipment is optimised for our clients<\/li>\n<li>Use of handheld devices to ensure compliance on completion of work tasks, providing clarity and evidence of maintenance performed on fire protection systems<\/li>\n<li>Maximise efficiencies via route planning, time management, stock management, and service delivery<\/li>\n<li>Participate in stocktakes and be responsible for inventory management<\/li>\n<li>Manage and maintain all assigned company property, including documents, tools, equipment, vehicles, product, etc<\/li>\n<li>Report work progress and performance by completing productivity \/ key performance indicator (KPI) reports, where required.<\/li>\n<li>Comply with all company policies, procedures, and processes in accordance with Chubb Fire &amp; Security<\/li>\n<li>Attend all scheduled training programs<\/li>\n<li>Participate in On Call Roster<\/li>\n<li>Recommend improved business process by actively engaging in Quality systems programs and feed back<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li>Maintain best in class customer service<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><b>You will need the following attributes:<\/b><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>QBCC licence and PIC licence and any other relevant qualifications.<\/li>\n<li>Excellent Customer focused attitude<\/li>\n<li>Good effective time management skills<\/li>\n<li>Be a results driven individual<\/li>\n<li>WHS knowledge and application<\/li>\n<li>Ability to work in team environment and also a self-starter<\/li>\n<li>Up to date product and industry knowledge &#8211;
