We start by living by our value of PROTECT PEOPLE FIRST.<\/p>\n<\/p>\n<p><b>About the Role<\/b><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Based in Rydalmere (Sydney)<\/li>\n<li>Reporting into the Sydney Branch Manager<\/li>\n<li>Required to travel within Sydney and some regional areas of New South Wales<\/li>\n<li>Inspections against relevant standards of performance\/ maintenance<\/li>\n<li>Auditing of contractor maintenance records<\/li>\n<li>Producing a range of client reports<\/li>\n<li>Conducting System Interface Testing with associated contractor or consultants<\/li>\n<li>Conducting inspections and produce compliance reports<\/li>\n<li>When necessary undertake NCC Building Code of Australia compliance reviews.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><b>About You<\/b><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Australian Citizenship or Australian Permanent Resident (PR)<\/li>\n<li>Solid experience as a Safety Measures\/ ESP auditor, Building Inspector or in an aligned role in Building, Engineering, Facilities Management of commercial and industrial type buildings<\/li>\n<li>Excellent understanding of NCC, BCA, AS 1851 and relevant Australian Standards.<\/li>\n<li>The ability to identify and evaluate risk to buildings<\/li>\n<li>An attention to detail and ability to proficiently write high quality building reports in a timely manner<\/li>\n<li>Ability to inspect buildings and work autonomously<\/li>\n<li>Proficiency with digital technology<\/li>\n<li>Current Australian Drivers Licence<\/li>\n<li>Have completed, in the process or looking to become qualified through the FPAS Accreditation Scheme (Common Units Course \/ Diploma)<\/li>\n<li>Ideally be accredited to endorse all Essential Fire Safety Measures<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><b>What we will offer you:<\/b><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Excellent remuneration package &#8211; rates of pay, company vehicle, mobile and laptop<\/li>\n<li>Planning and support for progression towards any role within Chubb<\/li>\n<li>Working for a global organisation which brings job stability and where you are treated like family<\/li>\n<li>Great team and branch culture<\/li>\n<li>Paid university education program through the Employee Scholar Program<\/li>\n<li>Access to Chubb Hub &#8211; an employee discount platform with access to hundreds of discounts from health, groceries, electronics and more<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Apply now to see where Chubb can take your career.\u00a0 All applications and enquiries are treated in the strictest confidence.<\/p>\n<\/p>\n<p>Are you being referred to one of our roles?
