We start by living by our value of PROTECT PEOPLE FIRST.<\/p>\n<p><b>About the Role<\/b><\/p>\n<p>This role will be part of our team based at our Bunbury. office. Reporting into the manager, you will help service fire alarm systems on site. The Electrical Technician will be servicing, testing and\/or programming fire panels, cabling, alarm systems and associated equipment on our clients\u2019 sites. You will contribute by:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Surveying customer premises and recommend fire protection and safety systems and equipment, in accordance with Chubb Fire &amp; Security procedures and processes.<\/li>\n<li>Identify, test, service, and repair fire protection and safety systems and equipment in accordance Chubb Fire &amp; Security procedures and processes.<\/li>\n<li>Complete and provide evidence of maintenance performed on equipment in an accurate and legible manner, using systems including Field Services handheld technology.<\/li>\n<li>Comply with all company policies, procedures, and processes.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><b>About You<\/b><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Experience working as an Electrical Technician in the Fire Protection industry<\/li>\n<li>Current Electrical licence<\/li>\n<li>Unrestricted work rights<\/li>\n<li>Current Driver\u2019s licence<\/li>\n<li>Current Cabling licence<\/li>\n<li>Well developed communication and interpersonal skills.<\/li>\n<li>Able to undergo a pre-employment medical and police check.<\/li>\n<li>A sound knowledge of the applicable Australian Standards relevant to Fixed Systems fire protection equipment<\/li>\n<li>A Fire Protection Accreditation Scheme accreditation is ideal, but not mandatory<\/li>\n<li>EAHL is ideal, but not mandatory<\/li>\n<li>Great attitude and willingness to deliver for our customer and client base<\/li>\n<li>Adhoc FIFO opportunity for projects \/ maintenance<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><b>What we will offer you:<\/b><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Excellent remuneration package as per the EBA &#8211; rates of pay, full maintained company vehicle, mobile<\/li>\n<li>Planning and support for progression towards any role within Chubb<\/li>\n<li>Opportunity to work on a range of fire panels and a variety of customer sites<\/li>\n<li>Working for a global organisation which brings job stability and where you are treated like family<\/li>\n<li>Great team and branch culture<\/li>\n<li>Access to People Matters &#8211; an employee discount platform with access to hundreds of discounts from health, groceries, electronics and more<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Apply now to see where Chubb can take your career.\u00a0 All applications and enquiries are treated in the strictest confidence.<\/p>\n<\/p>\n<p>Are you being referred to one of our roles?
