About the Role
We are seeking a Customer Success Manager to join Chubb Fire & Security Australia, where you will play a key role in strengthening customer relationships, driving retention, and supporting growth across our customer base.
Reporting to the Senior Customer Success Manager, you will manage a portfolio of customers and act as their primary point of contact. You will be responsible for ensuring service performance, contractual obligations, and customer outcomes are consistently achieved. Working closely with our service delivery, operations, monitoring, and projects teams, you will proactively manage risk, address performance issues, and identify opportunities to expand customer engagement across Chubb’s range of solutions.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys blending customer relationship management, operational coordination, and commercial awareness within a technically focused, service‑driven environment.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Manage a portfolio of customer accounts and build strong, long‑term relationships
- Drive customer retention and contract renewals through proactive engagement
- Lead customer governance and service review meetings, including KPI and SLA reporting
- Identify and progress opportunities to increase wallet share across services, monitoring, installations, and training
- Proactively identify at‑risk customers and support recovery actions
- Act as an escalation point for customer issues and ensure timely resolution
- Work closely with internal service delivery, operations, monitoring, projects, and sales teams
- Maintain accurate customer records, reporting, and opportunity pipelines
What You’ll Bring
- Experience in customer success, account management, or client relationship roles
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
- Ability to understand service performance metrics and translate them into customer conversations
- Commercial mindset with experience identifying and progressing growth opportunities
- Organised, proactive, and comfortable managing multiple customer accounts
- Experience in a service, facilities, fire, security, or technical environment (highly regarded)
