This role ensures we stay ahead by producing high‑quality content, building our thought leadership presence, and delivering events that strengthen relationships and reputation.

We are open to applications from candidates based anywhere in the UK, however mobility is essential as there will be frequent travel involved in the role to our sites and offices across the UK

SALARY: Up to £65K per annum (depending on experience)

What You’ll be Doing as PR and Communications Manager

Create compelling content, manage thought leadership initiatives, and collaborate with senior leaders to amplify our voice across multiple channels.

Key Responsibilities:  

  • Work with Campaign Managers and the Creative Content Manager to produce articles, videos, and social campaigns on regulatory changes, industry developments, new laws, and emerging technologies.
  • Collaborate with senior leaders to draft video scripts and support impactful presentations.
  • Develop a Case Study process and maintain a case study library by interviewing internal stakeholders, SMEs, and customers.
  • Write content for websites, social media, and internal channels
  • Own and manage a thought leadership content calendar.
  • Identify opportunities for thought leaders to feature on podcasts, webinars, and conference panels.
  • Submit projects and individuals for industry and community awards.
  • Monitor market trends, competitors, and customer insights to identify topics for blogs and thought leadership pieces.
  • Support planning and delivery of large internal and external events (conferences, exhibitions) in collaboration with BDMs and Campaign Managers.

What We Would Like You To Bring

Experience in a senior PR and communications role with proven success in thought leadership and event support from either an agency or inhouse role (a combination of the two would be ideal)

You will have:

  • Exceptional writing ability with strong grammar and adaptable tone for different audiences.
  • Skilled in using AI tools responsibly for research and drafting, ensuring brand tone and factual accuracy.
  • Highly proficient in Microsoft Office; experience with Adobe Creative Cloud desirable.
  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise competing demands.
  • Excellent communication skills to translate complex ideas into engaging content.
  • Ability to translate business strategy into effective campaigns and communications that drive results.
  • Familiarity with award submissions and media outreach.
  • Experience managing sponsorships and external partnerships.
  • Ability to use SEO and website customer experience tools to identify opportunities to create new web pages and blogs.
